Wheelchair Bookings
To make sure your journey runs as smoothly as possible, we recommend that if you're using a wheelchair you book your coach travel online in advance. You can easily do this by using our journey planner on the home page, which will give you the most up-to-date booking experience.
Just remember, for your safety and comfort, wheelchair dimensions must not exceed – length 1200mm x width 700mm x height 1350mm (this restriction also includes seated passengers), and the weight of the wheelchair plus occupant must be within the safe working limit (SWL) of the ramp or lift fitted to the vehicle. As a general rule, the ramps or lifts fitted to our vehicles have a safe working limit of 300kg.
