It's super easy to stay on top of your upcoming reservations and make any necessary amendments! Simply create a mymegabus account and you'll be able to manage all your bookings in a flash. Plus, saving your info means that when you're ready to book again, it'll be a breeze!

After registering with megabus, you'll receive a confirmation email with an authorisation code. Click on the link in the email to validate your email address. This is an extra security measure to ensure that only valid email addresses are used for registration.

This information relates to the person whose credit or debit card is being used to make the purchase on our website. These are the details that are pre-entered on the Worldpay payment form when you make a future reservation.

Please log into your mymegabus account and select ‘personal details’ from the side menu bar. You can then make any amends, then save your changes.

Please visit our login page and select the ‘forgotten password’ link to reset your password.

Please check your email address for the megabus reservation email. If you’ve received this, your transaction was successful. If you don’t receive this within an hour after you’ve booked, please email us at enquiries@megabus.com.
