Onboard
Our coaches are easy to spot with their eye-catching blue and yellow branding!
If, for any reason, we have to use a subcontracted coach or bus, don't worry, as they will have a sign in the windscreen or dash area indicating our service. Plus, our friendly drivers will make an announcement so you won't miss it. And if you're still unsure, simply ask the driver for assistance - they'll be more than happy to help!
Yes, you can bring cold food and drinks, as well as hot drinks with a lid, on our coaches. However, hot food is not allowed for safety reasons.
We aim to provide coaches with toilets on all megabus journeys. In the event the onboard toilet is unavailable, comfort stop/s will be arranged.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability and connection of Wi-Fi and charging points. We are also unable to provide refunds if they are not available.
We're definitely animal lovers, but we do have specific policies in place regarding dogs and other pets unable to travel on our services. However, we are happy to welcome trained assistance dogs to help our customers in need. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you keep your assistance dog properly harnessed and under your direct control at all times.
